Alex joined Sigma in 2016 after many years engaging in different sectors throughout the whole supply chain including logistics, purchasing, and planning. He brings significant experience in working with valued customers in a global environment. He and his team bring a strategic and practical sense to solutions regarding sourcing and transportation. Alex has a Bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University in Shanghai, China.

Yoyo joined Sigma in 2016. She has over 20 years of admin and finance management experience for local, Sino-foreign joint venture and foreign owned enterprises. She is experienced in all aspects of finance and accounts management, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis, JV management and process improvement. Yoyo had graduated from Guangzhou University and has certificates for ICPA & PCMA.

Leon joined Sigma in 2011 as the first employee after years of working in engineering and development for consumer electronics accessories. Prior to that, he was an electrical engineer in one of the major steel companies in China. Leon always feels excited and rewarded while working with his talented engineering team to hit a new product target and bring it to mass production. Leon has a B.E degree from SCUT and MBA from Sun Yat-Sen University.

Jack has over 25 years of management experience in the field of injection mold design and manufacturing, leather case scheme and processing.  He brings significant knowledge to mold structure analysis and bonding process of specialty leather. Prior to Sigma Manufacturing, Jack owned a manufacturing factory which served as a supplier to Sigma during its early years of business.

Jeff co-founded Sigma after serving as CEO of a design and sourcing company.  His prior experiences include consulting, private equity and the military.  Jeff remains ever proud of the team built within Sigma and the high expectations that customers have set for Sigma.  He is actively involved in not-for-profits, including The Arthur Project and Destination 39.3. Jeff has an AB from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Eric co-founded Sigma while living in China having previously worked in manufacturing consumer electronics and outdoor sporting goods. He remains as excited about developing and delivering new products as he was on Sigma’s first day in 2011. Working with our teams and seeing their daily enthusiasm and dedication to our customers’ projects brings him great joy. Eric has a BA from Middlebury College and a MA from Concordia University.

Ken has been with Sigma since 2012. He has 30 years of merchandising & product development experience in the field of footwear, fashion, leather goods, CE, medical & health accessories. He received his education in Hong Kong, Canada & Switzerland and has an MBA certificate from Leister University.

Owen joined Sigma in 2014 as quality department head with significant quality management experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. Owen enjoys working with his team to identify, resolve and prevent potential quality matters which has enabled Sigma to maintain such high-quality performance and customer satisfaction levels. Owen has a Bachelor degree of Engineering from JiangXi Science and Technology University.
